Martha Rigney is a student at Louisiana State University studying Textiles, Apparel Design, and Merchandising, specializing in historical and design-based research. As a long-time softball player, she understands how important comfortable uniforms are to the enjoyment and function of the game. There are too many areas of the fashion industry that fail to properly design clothing for women’s bodies. Martha hopes to be able to provide the tools and resources needed to help women umpires feel confident in their uniforms on the field.
